Specify the dollar amount and optional memo. Review available balance before confirming.

Review the summary, submit the transfer, and save your confirmation number.

We take transfer security seriously. Every outbound transfer requires you to be signed on with a valid session, and transfers to new external accounts require micro-deposit verification before funds can be sent.

Transfer FAQs
Why is my external transfer taking several days?
ACH transfers move through the Automated Clearing House network, which processes in batches. Outbound transfers typically take 1–3 business days; inbound transfers from external banks take 2–4 business days.
Can I cancel a transfer after submitting it?
Internal transfers cannot be reversed once submitted. External ACH transfers can be canceled if they haven't begun processing — check status in Transfer History.
How do I link an external bank account?
Go to Transfers → Link External Account. We'll send two small deposits to verify ownership. Once you confirm the amounts, the account is ready to use.
Is there a fee to receive money?
No. Incoming ACH transfers and Prospera Credit Union-to-Prospera Credit Union transfers are always free to receive.
