Your analytics dashboard updates daily using transaction data from your Prospera Credit Union checking and savings accounts. Data stays within Prospera Credit Union — we never sell your spending information to third parties.
Category breakdown
See spending by dining, groceries, bills, travel, entertainment, health, and more with interactive pie and bar charts updated daily.
Monthly trends
Compare spending month over month and spot patterns before they become habits. View 3, 6, or 12-month rolling averages.
Income vs. expenses
Track deposits against spending to understand your monthly cash flow and identify months where you saved more or less.
Top merchants
See where you spend the most — ranked by total dollars and visit frequency. Useful for finding subscription charges you forgot about.
Export reports
Download PDF summaries of your spending for tax preparation, expense reimbursement, or personal budgeting.
Custom date ranges
Filter analytics by any date range — last 30 days, a specific quarter, or year-to-date for annual reviews.
Spending categories
Transactions are automatically sorted into categories based on merchant type. You can recategorize any transaction if our default doesn't match how you think about that expense.

How to use your analytics
Review monthly
Check your category breakdown at the start of each month. Compare to the prior month to see what changed.
Set a target
Pick one category to reduce — dining, shopping, or entertainment are common starting points. Track progress week by week.
Automate savings
When analytics show you spent less than expected, transfer the difference to savings. Open a Goal Savings account ›
Export for taxes
At year-end, export a PDF summary filtered to deductible categories like health and business expenses.
Your data, your privacy
Spending analytics are generated entirely from your Prospera Credit Union account activity. We don't aggregate your data with other customers, sell it to advertisers, or share it with data brokers.
You can disable analytics at any time from Settings → Privacy. When disabled, historical data is retained for 90 days then deleted. Read our full Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
Analytics FAQs
Is there an extra fee for analytics?
No. Spending analytics are included at no additional cost with every Prospera Credit Union Online Banking account.
Do analytics include credit card transactions?
Currently, analytics cover Prospera Credit Union checking and savings account activity. Prospera Credit Union Rewards Card transactions will be included in a future update.
Can I recategorize a transaction?
Yes. Click any transaction in your history and select a different category. Your change applies to all future analytics for that merchant.
How far back does data go?
Analytics are available for the past 24 months of transaction history. Older transactions can be viewed in your account history but aren't included in charts.
